Measure M – Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC)

What is the Citizen’s Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC)?

The Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (CBOC) is appointed by the New Haven School District as an independent body. The CBOC informs the public about how bond funds are being spent and whether the school district is in compliance with the laws governing the spending. The district spends the funds on school construction projects, and the CBOC reviews and reports on the use of taxpayers’ money on these projects. CBOC currently oversees Measure M.
