2019 Alameda County Transition Faire ~ March 23rd
The Transition Faire is an opportunity for students and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, service providers and school district staff to learn about life after high school. The Faire includes an educational showcase of adult services programs and a variety of educational workshops. Click here for more information and registration forms.
 
Patterns of Strengths and Weaknesses (PSW)  
Methods of examining multiple sources of data to demonstrate a pattern of strengths and weaknesses are discussed so that assessment teams can determine if the data converge to indicate a specific learning disability.
