Two-Way Dual Immersion Programs in New Haven
Spanish: For the 2021-2022 school year, Searles Elementary School offers Two-Way Dual Immersion classes in Spanish for Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades. Mandarin: For the 2021-2022 school year, Guy Emanuele Elementary School Offers Two-Way Dual Immersion classes in Mandarin for Transitional Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and 1st grades. The Personalized Learning Academy
The Personalized Learning Academy (PLA) at the Decoto School for Independent Study is a TK-12, independent, innovative, standards-based curriculum delivered through a strictly online instructional model. Please contact Grace Kim at email@example.com for more information.
Intra-District Transfer: Families who live WITHIN the New Haven boundaries need to enroll into their home schools FIRST. After being accepted into their home school, they can then apply to transfer to a different New Haven school by submitting an intra-district transfer request to the Centralized Enrollment Center. The deadline for intra-district transfer application submission is April 2, 2021. Late applications will be accepted and reviewed during the summer.

Inter-District Transfer: Families who live OUTSIDE the New Haven boundaries need to:
•Download this Inter-District Transfer Agreement and submit the Inter-District Transfer Agreement to your home district's enrollment department for approval.
•Apply for enrollment in SchoolMint and complete the enrollment process for "Transferring into New Haven (Non-Resident)".
